The bags
Are your bags handmade?
Yes. Every SÈLA Edit bag is carefully handmade by us, making each piece unique. Because of the handmade nature of our bags, slight variations in shape, stitching, texture and colour may occur.
Do you restock sold-out designs?
Some designs may return, while others may remain limited. Follow us on Instagram @byselaedit to stay up to date with new drops and restocks.
My bag arrived a little different in shape. Is this normal?
Yes. Some softer crochet materials can naturally change shape slightly during packaging and delivery. If needed, gently reshape your bag by hand and allow it to settle naturally.
Orders & delivery
Are your bags made to order?
Our bags are not made to order as standard. Each SÈLA piece is handmade by us and uploaded to the website once it has been completed. If an item is marked Ready to Ship, it is already made and will be dispatched within 3–5 working days. If an item is marked Pre-Order, it will be made especially for you and can take 1–2 weeks to be completed before being dispatched. We currently do not offer custom-made or personalised orders.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As each piece is made by hand, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you need any help with your order, email byselaedit@gmail.com.
This does not affect your statutory rights, including applicable cancellation rights and your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
